Refund policy
Warrantee:
We will only honour warrantee claims under the following conditions:
- A copy of your invoice must accompany your warrantee claim
- Serial number of your system is to be submitted
- Claim must be filed within 12 months of purchase, regardless of usage
- Warrantee is not transferrable from the original owner
- Warrantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect wiring, faulty installation, frost damage, water ingression, etc.
Exchange:
Exchange of system or parts after purchase will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@coolrunningsengineering.com.au for further details.
Returns:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund after purchase.
